Our Mission

The Hudson Falls Fish and Game Club, Inc. exists to give its members a home for the shooting sports  and to promote safety, skill, and competence across every one of them.


More than a club
it's where the community comes to shoot, learn, and compete.


The Hudson Falls Fish and Game Club is a 501(c)(7) non-profit, and a hub for shooting sports in our corner of New York. Whatever you're into, we've got a place for you:

  • Archery — indoor, outdoor, and 3D
  • Clays — Trap, Skeet, and 5-Stand
  • Indoor and outdoor firearm ranges
  • Fishing

We're proud of who trains here. Eleven local schools call HFFGC home through the NYS High School Clay Target League*. We host and support 4-H Shooting Sports*, NYS Hunter Education*, Youth Archery*, the Boy Scouts*, a Pistol (.22) League*, a Rifle (.22) League*, Women on Target*, and our Archery Leagues* (indoor 300/450 and outdoor 3D).

We also offer NRA Certification training in Shotgun, Rifle, Pistol, and Range Safety Officer.

We meet the second Tuesday of every month to talk through what's happening around the club — current projects, upcoming events, and whatever's on members' minds. It's a relaxed way to see what we're about and meet the people who keep it running.

Take a walk through the Hudson Falls Fish & Game Club — 100 acres of shooting sports, archery, and the outdoors in Hudson Falls, New York.

Established in1953, HFFGC is the area's leader in shooting sports and education. In this full facility tour, club member Ken shows you everything the property has to offer — indoor and outdoor ranges, archery and a wooded 3D course, three clays fields, a full classroom, and a stocked pond for the whole family. Eleven local schools call the club home for their clay target teams, and many of our programs are open to the public.

Whether you shoot, hunt, or just love being outdoors, there's a spot here for you.

The Clay's committee is excited to announce our new hours for the Trap,                                  Skeet, and 5-Stand ranges.

Clay target schedule effective Thursday July 9, 2026.

1) Mondays – 9:00 AM to Noon.

2) Thursdays - 9:00 AM to Noon.

3) Thursdays – 5:00 PM to Close

3) Sundays - 9:00 AM to Noon.

These new hours will be in effect until further notice.
